Thanks for getting in touch, Ray! Great to see you here on TD Helps and we hope you're doing well.
From your message, it sounds as if you might like to transfer funds from your account here to someone else's account via their email address. If so, we definitely have an option for you; which is our Popmoney feature offered via TD Bank Online Banking!
First, we invite you here: http://bit.ly/1h4ZIkL for a little more information. We'll be happy to walk you through the enrollment for this service to get you started if this is the service you're interested in using.
If you are already enrolled for Online Banking, please click here http://bit.ly/1eaISlq to log in. After logging in to your account, you may click on the tab at the top of the page titled "Person-to-Person Payments." You will then be asked to accept a user agreement, review the fee schedule and confirm your email and phone number. A text and email code will be sent to the mobile number and email address we have on file for you. Next we will request you to submit both codes for verification to complete the enrollment process. Once the enrollment is complete you’ll be ready to send the payment!
When sending a transfer, just enter the recipient's information including their email address if this is your preference. You will have two delivery options, three-day or next-day delivery. To qualify for the next-day delivery option, you must wait 90 days from your first successful three-day transfer and must not have had any transactions that overdrew your account in the past 90 days. Please note, fees may apply for this Transfer service. For the Transfers Terms and Conditions please see: http://bit.ly/1lkiC6K, and for more information on the Fee Schedule, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking for your personal accounts, no worries! We have you covered. You may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Social Security Number and your email address. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
Just in case you do not have the required information to set up Online Banking, or if you need assistance with enrolling or a transfer, you may contact us 24/7 at 800-493-7562 to speak with a Tech Support Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.
And Ray, if we have misunderstood your question, please accept our apologies and write back with a bit more information – we'll be happy to help! Alternatively, please feel free to give us a ring at 888-751-9000 24/7 if you have any other questions, or visit us as listed here: http://bit.ly/TDStores whenever you like.
Hope this is the info you were looking for, Ray! Have a great night.
