I am in Thailand for the Winter and am trying to finish my Quickbooks accounting for 2016. My statements were downloading fine til September but now I am trying to download the rest of 2016 so I can complete this and it will not download my TD accounts. I keep getting this notice "We could not connect to your financial institution to retreive a statement. Please try again later and contact your financial institution if this problem persists" so I am contacting you. I have tried this at least 10 times in the last week.

Thanks for dropping in, Sioux. We'll be happy to help you download your transactions.
At this time, you may download the current statement activity and your previous month’s statement (the most recent 60 days of activity) from TD Bank Online Banking into your software. Any statement information older than what you may currently view online will require manual entry.
For your reference, you may follow this link: http://go.td.com/VWiinn. This link reviews the benefits of QuickBooks and how to synchronize the system to your Online Banking account. Also check out: http://go.td.com/1rdJX0S as this provides additional information such as Frequently Asked Questions and a Step-By-Step guide on how to update QuickBooks on your computer.
Although the account history beyond 60 days old is not available to be downloaded in your software electronically, please know that your previous statements are available online in PDF format, and you can review them and even save them to your computer to view them whenever you wish.
For your convenience, we have also included the detailed instructions on how to review your previous statements in PDF format.

Thanks for your reply. So are you saying that my normal online banking login that i have used for years no longer works to download transactions? That unless i sign up for Business Direct, I will be unable to download transactions the way i have done up until now? I'm well aware how to download and view .pdf files but that is not what i want. I want to be able to download ALL (business & personal) accounts/transactions into Quickbooks.
