We have successfully been using Quickbooks and TD for the last several years. However, suddenly, our bank account will no longer link with Quickbooks. I have a case number and Quickbooks is supposedly escalating my issue but I wondered if there is anything else I can do. Payroll is due TODAY. Thank you.

Hi Alix. We're sorry to hear that you've been unable to connect QuickBooks with your TD account.
TD Bank Online Banking is compatible with the most recent versions of Quicken and QuickBooks. As you've been able to connect in the past, this sounds like it may be an error within QuickBooks, but we'd like to see if we can help. Please give our Tech Support Team a call at 800-493-7562. We have representatives available 24/7 that can help troubleshoot this with you.
We see that you're writing to us from British Columbia. If this is actually in regard to an account at TD Canada Trust, rather than with us here at TD Bank in the United States, we recommend reaching out to them directly at their 24/7 Customer Service of 866-222-3456. We also want to provide you with a link to all of TD Canada Trust's contact info. You can find that by clicking here: https://go.td.com/2tp27BR.
Either way, we hope to hear from you soon, Alix! Take care.
