I have been downloading my Td Ameritrade transactions to Quicken 2013 for years. However, since 9/17/2015, I can no longer download them. I receive the message "Quicken is unable to establish an internet connection" and "[OL-297-A]". I am connected to the internet because I can still download transactions from Schwab/USAA/Bank of America. I have searched the Quicken site for help and I found others were having the same issue over a year ago. I tried their recommendations, but none have worked. I deactivated, then attempted to reactivate downloads from Td Ameritrade, but I get the same error message. Please help! Thank you!!
