I am trying to set up Quicken with my personal checking account, but Quicken keeps telling me I am not using the right user name or PW. I KNOW that I am, I checked multiple times (with successful logins through the website). I also search the FAQ and this is not an unusual issue. I would really like to be able to use the software I purchased... help please!

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble setting up Quicken for your personal account. Please know that TD Bank is compatible with the newest versions of both Quicken and Quickbooks.
We recommend reaching out to Quicken Customer Support for the issue you've described. As you've confirmed that your username and password information is correct, this is a Quicken error that they should be able to quickly troubleshoot and correct.
