We're sorry to hear about any difficulties with your new card! We certainly don't want you to have issues when you're at the checkout.
Assuming this is one of our Visa Debit cards associated with a checking account you may have, if you received your card by mail, we'd like to let you know that the card would require activation prior to use. Just in case you didn’t activate it yet, you can call our automated line at 888-553-4122 to set this up, just have your card number handy and the PIN you'd like to use, as it will ask you to enter this information.
If you have any trouble with this at all, Fred, or you have already activated your card and still can't use it, then you are more than welcome to call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000, and a Specialist can help troubleshoot this issue with you.
