I recently purchased a couch from Ashley Furniture, financed by TD Bank. I'm trying to set up my online account to make payments but I never received an account number. Tried to call the customer service number...but it requires an account number to speak to someone. I may be moving to fast here (purchased on 10/12), I haven't received any billing statements or anything in the mail yet, but I just want to be sure I'm doing the right thing so I can make my payments on time! Thanks.

The Renovate Card is offered via TD Retail Card Services, a division of TD Bank. For payment inquiry, please contact a TD Retail Card Services Specialist directly at 800-252-2551. A Specialist there will be more than glad to assist you. They are available 9:00 am through 9:00 pm Monday through Friday, and Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
