I am waiting for a refund from my college- it was supposed to go through direct deposit to my account by 2 pm; I recently tried to change my address on my bank account. Do you think this has any reason as to why it has not gone through yet?

Thanks for coming by TD Helps, Bryan. We'd be glad to help.
You'll be happy to hear that updating your address will not affect your incoming direct deposit as the funds are deposited via your name, account number, routing number, and account type.
Direct Deposit funds are available to you on the date designated by your depositor. These types of deposits are processed overnight at varying times and will be available for use once processing is complete.
As this is pertaining specifically to your account, we ask that you contact out Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000, available 24/7 or feel free to visit us during lobby hours for help! For TD Bank Store locations, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please understand that although we would like to assist you directly, we do not have access to your account information as TD Helps is considered an unsecured site.
We hope this helps. Let us know if you need anything else. Have a great one!
