I recently closed my savings account, in person, and was wondering if I'm going to be getting a final statement in the mail detailing what has happened to it since the last statement. if so, when?

Good Afternoon, Heather. We're glad you stopped by!
When an account is closed, a final statement is mailed to the last known address we have on file. If you would like to confirm the address in which we mailed your final statement, we kindly ask that you visit us at your local TD Bank Store, as we are unable to access closed accounts over the phone. To view our Store locations and hours, please click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you still have an active account with us, you may be able to call us at 888-751-9000, 24/7, where we may be able to submit a new statement copy request.
You may also send us a secure message, if you still have access to online banking. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your mobile banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu.
We're sorry we couldn't directly assist you today. As TD Helps is not considered a secured forum, we do not have access to your account or personal information.
We hope this helps, Heather, and that you have a great day.
