Hi, I am living in Toronto and I have just opened my cross boarder td bank account. In order to keep my account active I must make my first deposit, however I have misplaced my account info and I am now unable to do so. I have called and spoken to a rep, who has informed me that I am unable to retrieve my direct deposit info without having made any previous transactions as a way of identifying myself. Could you please let me know if there is a way without making the trip to the USA. If a trip must be made, please let me know the closest branch to Toronto. Thanks

Thanks for sending your question our way, Tinesha. We'll be sure to guide you in the right direction today.
We see that you're currently writing in from Canada and it sounds as though you are looking to deposit into your TD Bank account in the United States from there. You have the option of depositing the cash into your TD Canada Trust account and then completing a wire transfer to your TD US account via Cross Border Banking.
For TD Canada Trust locations, please take a look here: http://go.td.com/IrZaYo.
You may contact Specialist from our TD Cross Border Banking Support Line 24/7 at 877-700-2913 to complete the wire. If you have additional questions, feel free to submit another inquiry on our Partners TD Canada Trust TD Helps page here: http://bit.ly/1kD3iFr.
We hope this information is helpful, Tinshea and have a good one.
