Please note, if you recently opened an account via Online, you will not receive a welcome kit as all the information listed in the welcome kit was provided during the account opening process. If you opened the account via telephone, you should expect to receive your welcome kit via mail within 7-10 business days. If you have not received your welcome kit, you may visit us during lobby hours or call us at 888-751-9000, available 24/7, to request a copy.
As you've mentioned you do not know your account number, there are several ways available for you to obtain this information. You may view your account number by looking at your statements which is located at the right top corner of the page. If this is a new account, you will receive your paper statement within 30 days from opening the account. You may also enroll for Online Banking to view your account number. To enroll, please contact us at the number provided above for assistance. After account verification, our Specialist would be happy to help. If you are unable to verify your account, you may also visit us during lobby hours for assistance with enrolling and also your account number!
To make a deposit without your account number, you may visit us at any local TD Store, please be sure to bring your photo I.D., or with your TD Debit Card you can visit any TD ATM to deposit your funds.
