Thanks for coming by TD Helps, Jamie. We would be happy to help!
Before we begin, we'd like to mention that here at TD Bank, we no longer offer certified checks, however we do offer official checks instead. Please note, an official check is a negotiable instrument of guaranteed funds purchased from a national bank.
If you have an active account with TD Bank and the official check was purchased with us, you may write, "Not Used For Intended Purpose" on the back of the official check and you'll be able to deposit the funds into your account with us. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank Store near you to deposit the money order.
If you did not purchase the official check through TD Bank, please reach out to the Financial Institution that issued it for additional assistance.
We hope this was helpful, Jamie. Let us know if you have any other questions. Enjoy your day!
