I RECEIVED AN E-MAIL FROM YOU YESTERDAY WITH THE ABOVE REFERENCE NUMBER. I AM NOT FAMILIAR WITH YOUR BANK AND I AM NOT SURE THAT THIS IS NOT A SCAM. CAN YOU PLEASE PROVIDE MORE INFORMATION. THE EMAIL ASKS ME TO GO TO A WEBSITE TO VIEW MY STATEMENT. I AM NOT SURE I HAVE A CREDIT ACCOUNT WITH YOU. CAN YOU HELP PLEASE?

I received a similar email with a different ref#. I don't think I have an account with this bank. How do I know if it is a phishing attempt? The ref# is 195075008
