I had a price adjustment at Macy's today and I was refunded 57.91 back to my premier checking account. There is nothing about this in my pending transactions. When I have returned at Macy's in the past, I was refunded right away. Why can I not even see this transaction in pending?

We understand your concern, Elisandra and we'd be glad to discuss.
If a merchant process a refund to your debit or credit card, though there is a chance that the funds may appear immediately, these credits may take up to 3-5 business days to appear in your account. Please know that there are times when funds may take longer to credit to your account. This is based on when we receive notice from the specified merchant.
If you have further questions about the transaction you've mentioned, we recommend contacting us directly for help. You are able to contact us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
In addition, if you are enrolled for Online Banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
We hope this clears things up and have a good day!
