I was issued a refund by a merchant on saturday on my debit card. it still hasn't shown up. all my previous refunds have taken 1 day

When a refund is issued to your debit card, it can take up to 3-5 business days to be received by us, sometimes longer. The speed in which a refund is sent is determined by the merchant and cannot be expedited by us. But rest assured that as soon as we receive those funds, we will make them available to you.
We'd be more than happy to take a look at your account and your debit card activity to see if we can see this refund coming through. As TD Helps is considered an unsecure forum, we do not have access to specific account information to help directly, but please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop in to see us at a local TD Bank Store. You may also send us a secure message through your online or mobile banking requesting us to review your debit card for this incoming refund. To send a secure message, log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We can generally respond within 24 hours or less.
