I issued a check through the mobile app to be sent out on a certain day. The check was sent out, the person deposited it into their account. This all showed up on my account balance, but then the next day it said the check was refunded. Now, almost 2 weeks later, a "substitute" check was issued and taken out of my account. Why was a check sent out if I didn't issue one to do so? I was waiting until I had the money to have the check sent out again. Now my account is negative and I am being charged ridiculous overdraft fees.
