It would be of very great help to me , if you could let me know about my Online transaction process.
There is no issues on checking my online Account, however if I need to do some online transaction( like topup or money transfer), I'm getting the error message as Account Locked.
Kindly advise as I could it before and recently getting error.
Also would like to let you know, I have reached customer care and got the response before , No issues with the online Account.Still the same Err message which is as follows.
