We recommend checking your account statement to see if the funds were deducted from your account and also contacting the biller to see if there was an error on their end. You may check your statements via Online Banking 24/7. . If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Once you are enrolled, select your account and click on the Statements tab.
If you made these payments through our Bill Pay system, you can check the payment history to see if the payments were made. Sign into your online account, click on the Bill Pay, and then select the payee. If you have any questions regarding Bill Pay, please contact our customer service line at the telephone number listed above.
