I had a TD account a few years ago and I used to use the mobile banking feature. I closed the account when I moved and then recently found myself living near TD banks again, so I got a new account. It wont let me into my old mobile banking account, but it wont let me make a new one because (obviously) I still have the same SS number and its linked to the old one. Please help!

Welcome back to the TD Family, Hannah! We'd be glad to help you get started again!
We recommend connecting with a Banking Specialist directly to assist you in regaining access to your online account. You're able to reach us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After a few quick questions, your Specialist will be glad to help you sign in and answer any questions you might have.
In addition to calling, you're able to visit any TD Store near you for help with Online Banking. Take a look at TD Stores in your area and their hours here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Please know that we'd like to help you with online access directly however TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum. Because of this, we do not have access to your account/personal information to be able to assist. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience.
We look forward to hearing from you, Hannah, and thanks for choosing us again!
