Happy Friday, Mandalas!
We appreciate you coming to TD Helps today, and we'll be more than happy to help.
As you mentioned that you are currently living outside of the United States, and your debit card is going to expire soon, we'll be happy to provide you the options you have when looking to request a new card! We invite you to pick the one that is most convenient for you.
First, you're welcome to connect with a Banking Specialist. Banking Specialists are here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000. As you are currently overseas, you may also call collect, with operator assistance from any landline phone, by asking the operator to dial (215)-569-0518.
In addition to calling, you also have the option of sending a secure message through your Personal Online Banking. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
Should you decide to send a secure message, please be sure to include your address in your request, as we will need to confirm this information before a new card can be mailed. It's also important to note that, generally speaking, debit cards are received within 7-10 business days; however, if you are requesting to have your card mailed to an international address, please understand that this time frame may be longer as your card will likely be processed through customs.
We sincerely hope this helps, Mandalas, and please enjoy the rest of your day.
Have an amazing weekend!
