we have an account with renovate and have been on the website 100 times. it now says "Access to Online Account Management has been restricted. Please contact Customer Service at 1-866-728-7944." that's fine when we call the number it wants our account number. here's the problem we signed up for electronic statements which doesn't have an account number on it and we don't have any thing with our account number on it. the prompts will not let you go past the account number point after a few times it says call back and hangs up basically. what do we need to do

As the Renovate Card is offered via TD Retail Card Services, a division of TD Bank; please contact a TD Retail Card Services Specialist directly at 800-252-2551 for further assistance regarding your Renovate Card account. They will be more than glad to assist upon proper account verification. They are available 9:00 am through 9:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday, and Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
