I have an account in TD Bank and a i would like to rent a security deposit box. After I rent it I would like to close my account. Can it be possible for me to tent the security box without the account or it is a must?

Thank you for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Mariano! We'll be glad to provide you with information regarding safe deposit boxes.
Many of our stores have safe deposit boxes in various sizes. In order to rent a safe deposit box, you must continue to have an active TD Bank account. We offer a variety of Checking and Savings accounts, and some even currently provide certain safe deposit boxes free the first year. Take a look at our many different types of Checking accounts here: http://bit.ly/1aDaRqd. At TD Bank, we also offer Savings Accounts for all of your saving needs! We recommend taking a look at http://bit.ly/1pJT9I9 for more detailed information on each particular Savings Account available.
You may also feel free to call us directly 24/7 at (888) 751-9000 with any questions you may have and we'd also be glad to set up an appointment for your visit to open your safe deposit box for you. To find out TD store locations near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. You will need to bring a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.).
We hope this information is useful, Mariano! Thanks for joining us today, and have a nice rest of your week.
