We appreciate the visit today, Kendra.
If you had an account which is now closed, we apologize as the same account won't be able to be reopened. However, you are always welcome to establish a new account with us. Please note that if the previous account became closed due to a charge off, you'll want to pay the amount due prior to opening a new account. Payment arrangements can be made by contacting our Recovery Department directly at 800-354-9769, or by visiting any TD Bank Store and stopping by a Teller station.
Once you have done so, or if no funds are owed, feel free to apply for a new account by using any of the following convenient methods. We're available by phone 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to open an account, at any TD Bank Store found here: http://bit.ly/TDStores, or online at: http://bit.ly/1fN7u4i.
We invite you to take a look at our current Checking and Savings options to review prior to your account opening. For information on the current Checking accounts TD Bank offers, please follow this link: http://bit.ly/UR7yr0. For a customized recommendation with our Checking Selector answer the questions provided here: http://bit.ly/KmmHe7. If you are interested in Savings accounts with us, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1l6nLQ7 . You can also receive a customized recommendation for our Savings accounts too! Take a look here: http://bit.ly/1hXi2wF.
Once your account has been set up, in order to set up direct deposit, you need to provide your employer or the provider your full account number and routing number. You can do this by giving them a voided check or by providing them with our direct deposit form. You can download a copy of the form herehttp://bit.ly/1hLQ1cP or you can ask a Customer Service Representative at your local TD Store to print it for you. Either would be sufficient to begin receiving deposits.
We hope this helps, Kendra. Have a great day and let us know if you have any other questions.
