Hi, I've closed my account a couple of months ago and would like to open it again.
Is it possible to do it without going in person to a branch. I live outside the US.

Please know that once an account is closed, we are unable to reactivate the account for security reasons. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
You are able to open a new account with us by contacting us directly. From outside of the U.S., you are able to reach us 24/7 at 856-751-9000 or 215-569-0518 collect from any landline telephone. Please be advised that for an account opening over the phone you will need a valid U.S. I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.) as well as be able to confirm a U.S. address.
