I had 2 checking accounts and one is closed the other has a over draft fee or may be both are closed so what's my next step to reopen my accounts?

Please note closed accounts cannot be reopened regardless of the reason for closing it. You are welcome to open a new account with TD Bank and we'd be happy to help provide some useful information.
First, we ask that you contact our Recovery Department at 800-742-2651, between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, to make payment arrangements on your closed overdrawn account. If you wish to, you may also visit your local TD Bank Store during the lobby hours to make the payments. For TD Store locations and lobby hours, please check out, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once the overdrawn balance has been paid off, you can request to open a new account with TD Bank.
