Great question, Arnie and thanks for connecting with us on TD Helps!
We know that many Customers are on the go, and it's important for us to be able to meet your Banking needs through our Bank-by-Phone (IVR) system.
We have recently made some upgrades to the IVR system for your convenience and some of the menu options are new. You may find some helpful information about our Bank-by-Phone system along with a chart of the new menu options here: http://bit.ly/1kjSBmQ. To review recent transactions through the new menu (for your primary account) after you've signed in with your Phone Code, please select the option for account transactions to review your account activity. From here, you can select Option 1 to review all recent transactions, starting with pending transactions first and then everything else that has already posted. Through this option, you will be able to confirm any deposits (or any other transactions) that are currently still pending on your account.
If you have any questions about the new system, please feel free to connect with a live Banking Specialist at 888-751-9000. We're available 24/7 to answer your questions and help navigate you through it if necessary.
You could also stop by one of our TD Bank Stores for assistance if you'd like to review any account information. Please find the nearest Store here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Or, if you're enrolled in TD Bank Online Banking, you can always access your account anytime 24/7 by logging in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq (or here for your TD Bank BusinessDirect account: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8). If you haven't yet enrolled in online banking with us, you can sign up by following the enrollment process here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY or here: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6 for your TD Bank BusinessDirect account. Just have your account number, Debit/ATM card number, Social Security/Tax I.D. number, and business name (if applicable) handy to enroll. Online Banking is a great tool to help you review your accounts and pending transactions, and you also have the ability to go back and look through your past statements if you need to!
Thanks for stopping by, Arnie and we hope this is the info you were looking for. Feel free to respond if you have additional questions!
