I have opened accounts with TD bank and I am applying for a house loan and they requested a bank reference letter. The problem is I live in another country. What can I do to get that letter? I need to send it to the loan company as soon as possible. Thank you

Hi Francis. Thanks for coming to TD Helps with your question.
We often receive requests for deposit account verification and will honor them within certain guidelines. If this is the type of verification they need, a request form should have been provided by your loan company. Ensure that you signature is included for the release of this verification and fax it to 207-755-4403. Once completed, we will send the verification directly to the loan company.
Some loan and mortgage companies require bank statements rather than deposit account verification. If this is the case, statements can be accessed and printed online. To start, log into your online banking by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Select the account for which you need statements and then click on the 'Statements & Notices' tab. Here you can access and print any available statement for up to 7 years.
If you are unable to print your statement, you may call us from outside the U.S. using country code 011 at 856-751-9000 or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. For your convenience, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We can order your statement for you and have it mailed to your address on file.
If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to give us a call at the number above.
We hope you're having a great day, Francis!
