Thanks for making a stop here this morning, Patrick. Although we would hate to see you close your HSA account, we would be glad to help point you in the right direction.
Before we begin, please understand that although we would like to assist you directly, we do not have access to your account information as TD Helps is considered an unsecured site.
With that being said, to ensure the account is closed properly, we invite you to either connect with our dedicated IRA Department, available Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm at (800) 597-4437 (Option 3), or feel free to visit a TD Store for additional assistance. Please note, if you choose to stop by a TD location, the Representative will contact the IRA Department to make sure the account has been closed.
