Welcome to TD Helps, Susan. We'd be glad to help you replace your Debit Card.
You are able to request a new Debit Card over the phone by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Representatives will be glad to submit a request to have a Debit Card mailed to the address we have on file for you. Please know that Cards requested over the phone may take up to 7-10 business days to arrive.
You are also able to visit any TD Store for an instant issue Debit Card. Simply visit your local TD Store during lobby hours with your valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.) and our Representatives will be able to print a Debit Card for you during your visit. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you are unable to visit and you're enrolled in Online Banking, feel free to send us a secure message to request a Debit Card. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." Please know Cards requested via this method will also take up to 7-10 business days to arrive.
Since you mentioned that you're going to be traveling, we recommend placing a Travel Notification on your account. You are able to contact us via any method mentioned above and our Banking Specialists will be glad to apply a Travel Notification to your account.
We hope this information helps, Susan and have a good day.
