I would like to know in general terms if I'm a good candidate for an investment-secured line of credit. I would like to buy investment property with a line of credit equal to approximately 25% of the amount in my individual TD Ameritrade investment account (not an IRA). I have no income, and do not wish co-sign a conventional loan or line of credit with my husband. My credit rating is in the low 800's. Thank you.

Borrowing & Managing Your Credit
In reply to Sandra, Pittsburgh
Thanks for joining us, Sandra and we appreciate you considering TD Bank for your borrowing needs.
At this time, we are able to offer collateral loans using funds held in a Savings account, Money Market account, or CD with TD Bank, NA. We do apologize as an account held with TD Ameritrade cannot be used to secure a loan with TD Bank.
For additional information on the collateral loans offered here, we invite you to check out http://bit.ly/1vfQ2f6, and for all of our loans, view here: http://bit.ly/1f9XZWu and here: http://bit.ly/1cJ2lJA. Should you have questions, feel free to stop in at any TD Bank Store, or call us anytime 24/7 at 800-937-5020.
For any questions you may have for TD Ameritrade, please check out: http://bit.ly/1jv67cz for more information and how they can be reached.
Hope this helps and thanks again for asking, Sandra! All the best and have a great weekend.
