Hello James, and thanks for visiting us on TD Helps.
We can certainly guide you in the right direction to reset your User ID and Password. If you're a Personal TD Bank Online Banking user and know your current credentials, you'll be able to reset this information after you log in. Please log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you're viewing your accounts, please click on the Customer Service tab at the top right. The first two links there will be able to help you; please click on "Change User name" and "Change Password" to complete an update. If you're a TD Bank BusinessDirect user, please log in here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 and the process for updating this info is very similar. Please search for the Customer Service tab and then Click on "Change Password" or "Change User ID" enter your current information and the new information you prefer and submit at the bottom.
If you'd like to change this information because you're unable to access your account, we'd be happy to direct you to a friendly Banking Specialist, who will be more than happy to assist you in resetting this information. Please contact us directly 24/7 at 888-751-9000 (or 800-493-7562, Option 2 for BusinessDirect). Another option you have is to stop in at your local TD Bank Store, where a Representative will also be able to help. Please feel free to check out http://bit.ly/TDStores for locations and hours near you.
If you're referring to logging into tdcardservices.com, you may contact a TD Credit Card Specialist 24/7 at 888-561-8861.
For additional support on other Online Banking platforms, such as, Mortgage Documents, etc. please contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
Again, we appreciate you choosing to ask your question here on TD Helps and have a fantastic day.
