As we'd like to assist you directly, unfortunately we do not have access to your account information as TD Helps is considered an unsecure forum. If you're a TD Bank Business Customer, we ask that you or another Authorized Signer on the account contact us directly for assistance. You may speak with our Small Business Team at 800-493-7562, option 2, and we ask that you connect with us during standard business hours so that we may reach out to our ACH department if necessary. Similarly, any Authorized Signer on the account is able to visit a TD Store during lobby hours for help as well.
