For us to best assist you with your account directly we ask that you contact our Banking Specialists 24/7. You can reach us by dialing 888-751-9000 and after account verification we will be happy to review the deposit in question.
You're also welcome to send us a secure message requesting information on the deposit. To do so, once you're logged in to your Online Banking on the left hand side of the page please click on Send a Message under the Message Center.
If you're not enrolled for Online Banking and would like to be set up please click: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, debit card number and Social Security number to get started.
