Do you have exactly the same account numbers as routing numbers in your system?
Both are 10 digits and if mistake is made, would it go to a wrong account?

We'll be happy to clear up any confusion.
It sounds as though you may have either sent or are expecting to receive a wire transfer or direct deposit, and are concerned that the account or routing number may be incorrect. Generally speaking, TD Bank's routing numbers are 9 digits in length, and can vary depending on the state in which the account was originally opened. If you'd like, you're welcome to check out the link here: https://go.td.com/2bjcv63 which includes all of TD Bank's routing numbers.
If you currently have an account with TD Bank, and would like to confirm the routing number, you're welcome to connect with us in whichever method is the most convenient for you.

As you're also concerned about your account number, we'd like to take this moment to inform you that the length of an account number can vary, and because of this, to confirm your account number, we ask that you either visit your nearest TD Store location with a valid form of ID, or you may also find this information by simply logging into your Personal Online Banking. To log into your Online Banking, you're welcome to use the link above, and once you have successfully done so, you can find your account number under the 'Account Number' field, towards the center of your screen.
It's important to note that if you did not provide the correct routing or account number for your wire transfer or direct deposit, the transaction may be returned to the sender.
