Hi I am from Niagara Falls NY and opened my account online and am having trouble with which routing number I would have to direct deposit my social security. There is 2 for new york state and am unsure which one to use. Thank you so much for your help.

We're sorry you didn’t receive your account or routing number. It sounds like you may have recently opened a new account and are awaiting further information.
If you opened a new account online, the info would have been displayed once the account opening process was finished. Please note, the account information will not be mailed to you if this is the case. On the other hand, if you opened an account over the phone, we kindly ask that you allow 7-10 business days from the date it was opened to receive your Welcome Kit.
If you would like your account information immediately, we encourage you to visit your local TD Bank Store. To find a Store, as well as the lobby hours, please view this link: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc. When you visit the Store, please be sure to have valid photo identification for verification purposes.
If you have already started making purchases or transactions, you may call our Customer Service line any time, 24/7, at 888-751-9000 to set up Online Banking. This will give you full access to your account number.
