Hey, Tracy! We appreciate the question on TD Helps today and would be glad to chat with you about this.
When ordering new checks, we would recommend that you use the Routing number assigned to your account and to be sure which one that is, please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Please understand that even though we would like to help you directly, because TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum, we do not have access to your personal account information.
Also, you are always welcome to visit us at a TD Bank store near you to find this information, and please see: http://bit.ly/TDStores for our location finder. Or, if you prefer and you are enrolled for Online Banking, you may send us a Secure Message so that we can review your account further. To send a secure message you must first log in to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
We hope this will help, Tracy! Please let us know about any questions and have a great evening.
