It's great to have you come to TD Helps with your question, Carole.
Please understand at this time, only TD Bank Customers may rent a Safe Deposit Box as our Safe Deposit boxes availability are very limited. We apologize if this has caused any inconvenience.
If you choose to become a TD Bank Customer, you may first view the different types of Checking and Savings accounts which we offer. Before going to a TD Bank Store, we invite you to visit http://bit.ly/1aDaRqd to view and compare our personal Checking accounts, or check out our Checking Selector Tool located here: http://bit.ly/1vW1xnU for help with selecting a Checking account that is the best fit you. To view and compare personal Savings account products, click on http://bit.ly/1pJT9I9, or if you prefer, we also have a Savings Selector Tool http://bit.ly/1vW1DvM; which can help you choose the best Savings account for your needs.
When you're ready to open the account, you may do so over the phone 24/7 at 888-751-9000, online by clicking onto "Open Account" or by visiting a TD Bank Store. You may look here for a listing of TD Bank locations http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once you're a TD Bank Customer, we encourage you to call prior to you visit, to see if the size of the Safe Deposit Boxes that you're interested in is available.
We're here if you have any other questions and have a great day.
