Good morning, Stewart!
This is a great question. Currently, TD Bank does not offer the ability to make a Safe Deposit Box payment online; however, there are a couple options you can choose from, and we'll be happy to discuss them further with you.
The first option you have would be to receive your payments in the mail. These payments are typically sent 30 days prior to your anniversary date, which is when your payment will be due. Should you wish to make your payment by mail, you can mail a check to the following address:
TD Bank NA
PO Box 1256
Lewiston, ME 04243-1256
Your check can be made payable to TD Bank, referencing your safe deposit box number and store location in the memo line. We just ask that you please don't send cash as part of your payment.
Once you receive your payment in the mail, if you'd prefer, you're also able to bring your payment to your nearest TD Store location, and a Customer Service Representative will be more than happy to assist you during lobby hours with having a payment applied to your account. Should you decide to make your payment at a TD Store location, you may wish to also speak with a Representative about having payments automatically deducted from your account. Should you decide to go with this option, you annual payment would be deducted from a Checking, Money Market, or Savings account that you may have with TD Bank, and your payment would be debited on the date of your contract's anniversary.
