Do you send out an actual credit card if one is approved through Samsung Financing Program?

Based on your question, it sounds like you are financing a mobile device you've recently purchased. If this is the case, a credit card will not be provided.
If you have any further questions, please contact our Retail Card Services department who will be handling Samsung Financing at (800)252-2551 Monday–Friday 9:00am-9:00pm or Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm.

Hi Shanika. My name is Trung and I'm a customer of Samsung Financing Program. I have an account on www.myonlineaccount.net from TD bank but when login to my account I answered wrong the question security and I saw "Access to Online Account Management has been restricted. Please contact Customer Service at 1-866-728-7944". I already tried to call them but I didn't hear any options such as meet an assistance to help solve my problem. I still can't sign in my account to make payment now. What could I do now to unlock my account?

To have your online account unlocked, we recommend that you call TD Card Services at 800-252-2551. Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 9AM to 9PM and Saturday from 9AM to 5PM. They would be more than happy to help get you back online so that you can make your payment.

Hi Candice A, I tried to call the number which you gave me but it also linked me to as the same options of 1-866-728-7944. Could you help me turn of the paperless program of my account? I actually tired when I don't know what I need to do to pay my statement because I can't sign in to account online while I don't get any statement every month. I feel like the company try to make me unpaid my bill.

We apologize, as we do not have access to your account via TD Helps, and are unable to turn off your paperless option. A Representative can be reached at 800-252-2551, and are available Monday through Friday from 9AM to 9PM and Saturday from 9AM to 5PM, closed Sunday.
