I pre-ordered the new galaxy s8+ on April 1st and was approved for the financing program via TD bank. The phone recently arrived and I still haven't received any account information via mail or email.
After reading through the agreements when opening this account, the first payment due date was not made clear. This delay with not having basic account info to login is quite troubling. Its almost the end of the month already. I would like to pay my balance ASAP.

As this is pertaining to your account specifically, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance. To do so, please contact our Retail Card Services department, who will be handling Samsung financing at (800)252-2551 Monday–Friday 9:00am-9:00pm or Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm.
Please know that we would like to assist you directly however, TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum and we do not have access to your account/personal information.

If you're interested in buying a phone and using Samsung Financing, we recommend reaching out to Samsung directly. While TD Bank does service those loans, the application process is handled entirely through Samsung.
Once you've been approved for a Samsung Financing loan, you may contact our Retail Card Service Team with any questions you may have pertaining to the loan and payments. They can be reached at (800)252-2551 Monday–Friday from 9:00am-9:00pm and Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm.

Is the Samsung financing reported to credit bureaus as a personal loan or a credit account?

Before we begin, we'd first like to take a moment to explain in further detail that, currently, Samsung is financed by our partner, TD Retail Card Service. While both TD Bank and TD Retail Card Services share the same TD shield, we are different entities, and so we that may better assist you, we'd like to recommend that you speak with them directly.
For your convenience, Specialists from TD Retail Card Service are available to help Monday through Friday, 8am to 9pm, and Saturday, 9am to 5pm, and to reach a Specialist, you may simply dial 1-800-252-2551.
