The Samsung tablet which i received last fall during the TD promotion started to burn when i charging, luckily it was not at night, however when I called Samsung Canada they told me that they can't help me because the promos are handled through the US. they could not give us any help at all, not even a phone number or other way to contact them. How can I resolve this issue? Sandra G
