I've been trying to get a hold of someone in the Account Services Department to take care of an issue regarding a letter correspondence I received yesterday. How can I get a hold of someone to take care of this matter? The number that was given to me is XXXX.

We sincerely apologize if you're having trouble connecting with a Specialist in regard to your concerns, and we'll be more than happy to help.
We'd first like to let you know that we have confirmed that the number you provided is for our partner, TD Retail Card Services. While TD Bank and TD Retail Card Services share the same TD shield, we are different entities, and we apologize for any inconvenience; however so that we may properly assist, we'd like to recommend that you connect with a Specialist from TD Retail Card services.
If you'd prefer, you're welcome to dial 1-800-252-2551 to speak with a Specialist, who for your convenience are available to help Monday through Friday, 9am to 9pm, as well as Saturday, 9am to 5pm.
