We're sorry to hear about the trouble you had with your savings account.
Although we're unable to review your account from here, we're happy to provide a bit of general information. On page 10 of our Deposit Account Agreement here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ, you can read more about Sustained Overdrafts. Please note that if an account remains in overdrawn status for sixty days, then this can be closed by the Bank and sent to collection. The account can also be closed prior to that time and you can read more about this at the link provided.
To find out more about what could have happened with your account in particular, we ask that you get in touch with our Recovery Department. They can be reached at 800-354-9769, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 9:00 pm and Saturdays, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm for your convenience.
Or, if you'll be nearby one of our Stores, feel free to stop in during our extended lobby hours. If you click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores, you can find the TD Bank Store and lobby hours nearest you.
We hope this will help to clear up any confusion, Dontae.
Feel free to reply with any questions and best of luck with your account, take care.
