I am trying to save my monthly brokerage statements as a PDF file. I am unable to do this even though I click 'Combine Documents' and select the desired monthly statement and then click 'Generate PDF'

Thanks for connecting with us on TD Helps, Sharon. We're happy to say that we do offer the option for you to access your statements as PDFs and will be glad to instruct you on how to do so.
The easiest and quickest way to view and print your statements is to check them out via your online account. Please know at this time, you are able to save your statements in PDF format. You can export your recent transactions from current and previous statement cycles in CSV, OFX, QFX and QBO formats. Any transaction information older than your previous statement cycle will require manual entry.
You are able to view your statements after logging in your account here:http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and following the steps below:
-Click on the Accounts tab at the top of the screen
-Click on the checking account number you would like to view statements on
-Click on the Statements & Notices tab
-Choose the statement period you would like to view and click View Statement
-You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
If you have BusinessDirect, you are able to sign in here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8. To view your statement information please follow these steps:
- In the "Accounts" tab click onto "Statements"
- Choose the account and desired Statement Period using the drop down boxes
- Click onto the "View Statements" button
If you have any trouble viewing this information or you have specific questions, we ask that you contact our Tech Support Specialists directly for assistance. They are available 24/7 by dialing 800-493-7562 and would be glad to help.
If you are referring to a brokerage account that you have with TD Ameritrade, we recommend reaching out to TD Ameritrade directly for assistance. Although TD Bank and TD Ameritrade are under the same TD shield, we are different entities and unable to complete any TD Ameritrade transactions at TD Bank locations and vice versa. You may contact TD Ameritrade 24/7 at 800-400-3603.
Thanks again for joining us, Sharon. We hope this helps and take care!
