Thanks for joining us today, John. We'd be happy to point you in the right direction.
Though we are unable to provide your account balance, we'd be happy to share ways to find what you're looking for!
One of the most popular ways to stay up to date on your account information is to use Online Banking. If you aren't currently enrolled, you are able to do so at any time by visiting here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Social Security Number and email address to sign up. After you complete the form, you will have immediate access to your account!
If you have any trouble or are missing any of the information required to enroll, feel free to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Representatives will be glad to assist you in signing up for Online Banking. If you prefer to speak with a Representative in person, you are able to visit any TD Store during lobby hours. To take a look at TD Stores near you and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once you have access to Online Banking, you are able to sign in at any time by visiting http://bit.ly/1eaISlq.
If you have a smart phone, you'll be able to use Mobile Banking now that you've signed up for online access! Take a look here http://bit.ly/1hOPk1H for additional details and to download the App!
Sometimes it is more convenient to call for your account balance. You are able to use the 24/7 number mentioned above to check your balance. When you follow the prompts, you will be asked to enter either your account number or your ATM/Visa Debit Card number. If this is your first time using the automated system, you will be asked to enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number for verification and you will be asked to choose a new phone code. If you are a returning user, enter your phone code to receive your account information. At any time, you are able to select "0" to speak with a Representative.
You can also visit us during lobby hours or by visiting a TD ATM with your TD Debit/ATM Card to check your balance. To help locate the nearest TD Store and ATM, please check out the link mentioned above.
We hope this helps, John and have a great afternoon.
