Hello! I'm non US citizen and I own company in Indiana. I've been running it for more than 1 year and I can provide collateral. I would like to get SBA loan to develop the company. Don't you exclude non residents from your potential borrowers? Thanks.

Thanks for contacting TD Helps today, Roman.
We notice that you are currently writing into us from Indianapolis. We would like to take this opportunity to let you know that at this time, TD is not authorized to lend in Indianapolis due to federal regulations that prevent institutions from lending outside of their footprint. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
It was nice talking to you today, Roman, and we hope you have a great weekend.
