Hi, I recently received a bill for school taxes, and I escrow my taxes in my mortgage. Where do I send this bill so that it is paid? How do I confirm that it has been paid by TD Bank? Lastly, is there an account number for the escrow account associated with my mortgage or would this be the same as the loan number? Thanks!

Hi Noelle, thanks for reaching out to us this afternoon at TD Helps. We're glad to help.
If your payments are being made through escrow here at TD, you may fax this bill to our TD Bank Mortgage Escrow Department at 207-755-4336. You can also fax a written request with this bill including your loan number, name, and signature. Please also allow 3-5 business days for this request to process. Please also note the account details associated under your mortgage are all associated under the same loan number.
Please don't forget to include a cover sheet with your name and Loan # so that your paperwork can be filed correctly. And, if you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact a Financial Solutions Group Specialist 24/7 at 800-937-5020.
Hope this helps Noelle. Please reach out to us again if you have any more questions. Have a great weekend!
