I got secured credit card like 7 month ago. All payments was on time. My question is, can I receive regular credit card instead of secured?

Borrowing & Managing Your Credit

That's a great question, Anton. We'll be sure to point you in the right direction with your credit card inquiry.
The first thing you'll need to do is ensure that your balance is paid down to $0.00. Once complete, you are able to call our Credit Card Specialists directly to request your Credit Card to be closed. You are able to call our Specialists 24/7 by dialing 888-561-8861.
Please know that the closing of the secured Credit Card and the related savings account may take up to five business days.
Please take a look here https://go.td.com/1NryPsn to view and compare the types of cards we offer, and find one that may be most convenient for you. To view the general terms for a Personal credit card, please see here: http://bit.ly/1klVfbF. Please note that the specific terms of your credit card, such as the APR and credit limit, are extended at the time your application is approved, and a Credit Card Agreement specific to your account is also issued at that time. Feel free to apply for these online using that link, or using any of the other options listed above.
You are also able to visit any TD Store during lobby hours for assistance. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We hope this helps, Anton. Have a great day!
