Dear Mr. or Mrs!
I have a checking account at TD bank, and i am interested in opening the secured credit card.
1) Is it possible to open the secured credit card if I do not have the social security number? (I am in the tourist status for the next 6 months)
2) what is the minimum sum for the collateral deposit?

Welcome to TD Helps and thank you for sending us your question, Oleksandra.
A minimum deposit of $500 is required if you get approved for a Secured Card. Deposits must be either cash, bank check, or internal transfer to ensure the funds are guaranteed.
For additional information on the required information needed to apply for a secured credit card, we recommend reaching out to your nearest TD Bank location or contacting our Credit Card customer service at (888) 561- 0608. For hours and locations near you, take a look here: http://bit.ly/1f9DSJR.
