I am a landlord for a rental apartment in Hoboken and have the security deposit held in a Landlord Account at 14th St branch in Hoboken. I need to return this to the tenant at the start of June. How do I arrange this from overeseas?

Thanks for getting in touch with us, Ren.
We'd like to let you know that in order to close a Landlord/Tenant Escrow account you may currently have, we generally require you (the Landlord) to visit a TD Bank Store. During your visit, we would issue a check made payable to your tenant for the funds.
Since you're located outside the U.S. right now, we can recommend that you reach out to your Home Store directly to determine if they can provide you with any other options. All of our Stores including contact information can be found here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. If you'd like, you are more than welcome to call us using our international numbers and we'll be happy to connect you, during standard business hours. You can reach us from outside the United States via phone at 1-856-751-9000, or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518.
We hope this helps you get started Ren and have a great evening!
